How do you pack your items for shipping?
All items are well-packed in a postal box or bubble wrapped to ensure safety during shipping.
What if I've entered the wrong address?
We're sorry, but there's nothing we can do about it. Please take extra care when entering your delivery details as we are unable to change delivery details or resend items that have been sent to the wrong address. If the problem is on our end, we will resolve it and send you a new package as soon as possible.
What if a package is lost in the mail?
If the mail service loses your package, we will send you a new one at our expense.
What are the shipping costs?
We now offer free international shipping on purchases of $60 or more (after any applicable discounts are applied). Orders that do not total $60 or more will be charged a fixed cost of $4.99.
What countries can I ship my order to?
You can ship to any country in the world, including the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Germany, Italy, France, and Spain, however shipping carriers and delivery times may vary.
How soon can I get what I just ordered?
Delivery times depend on where you order from. On average, standard shipping is 7 to 10 business days (depending on flights and the progress of customs clearance and airline security checks, etc.), however, mail delays do occur. If you do not receive your package within a reasonable time, please contact us on info@ollosmile.com.

Is it able to track my package?
Yes, you may track your package at any moment using the URL in your order confirmation email.
Time for processing and shipment
Please keep in mind that the processing time (1-3 business days) differs from the shipping time and should be factored into the overall delivery time. Orders are typically handled within 1-3 business days (inspected, packed, forwarded to logistics and delivered to the post office).
After your order has been finalized, our shipping partner will pick up your box and transport it to you. Your online tracking information will be available through email from our website.
Processing Time - In extremely unusual circumstances, it may take longer than the indicated time range. Processing times may be longer during peak periods such as holidays, promotions, or other events. We will make every effort to deliver as soon as feasible and seek your understanding and patience in these situations.
Customs and Import Duties
Any customs and import taxes that may apply are the responsibility of the buyer. In some situations, your destination country will levy value added tax (VAT), additional taxes, customs and/or duty charges. These extra expenses are not included and must be borne by the receiver.
