ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
We always try our best to handle all purchases submitted on our website in a timely manner. The majority of orders are completed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us at info@ollosmile.com within 2 hours after placing it; otherwise, it will be too late. Orders will be accepted as final and ready to be sent to your doorstep after 24 hours.
Because the vast majority of products in our inventory are processed and/or sent within 24 hours, it's critical that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can try to cancel your purchase before it's shipped.
30-DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
OLLOSMILE provides a 30-day money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the goods and its packaging must be in their original condition, with all tags attached, and the plastic sealing film must be intact. A receipt is also required. (If the return is due to a non-defective goods or a merchant operating error, the customer is liable for their own return shipping charges, which include all customs, tariffs, and taxes.)
You will not be eligible for a refund, replacement, or repair if any products (a) are returned after the allotted return time; (b) have been physically harmed, altered, or harmed by liquids; or (c) are not covered by warranty and are missing any parts. Additionally, customers are fully responsible for paying all tariffs, import taxes, and brokerage costs associated with repaired goods (the taxation, if any, will be on replacement parts and labor and transportation).
Please email info@ollosmile.com for a full return address before issuing a return. Further information will be emailed to you after your return request has been accepted. Logistics expenditure shall be covered by the buyer if the product is free from defect.
STANDARD ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All ollosmile products (excluding accessories) are covered by a one-year warranty. Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged, or if you received the incorrect item so that we may investigate and resolve the issue.
EXCHANGES
Standard One Year Warranty not cover damage caused by:
- Use of OLLOSMILE goods improperly or abusively, including bodily harm; liquid damage.
- Improper handling or a failure to adhere to manufacturer's or user's manual-recommended operating procedures while using an OLLOSMILE product.
- Improper installation
- Inappropriate electrical connections or voltage.
- Harmful external factors outside of OLLOSMILE's control, such as lightning strikes, thunderstorm activity, terrorist attacks, and others.
- Excessive heat, humidity, or moisture exposure.
- Exposure to unusually corrosive environments
- Use non-standard, flawed, or incompatible parts; some wall-mounted quick chargers might damage OLLOSMILE equipment. To respect voltage safety, please only use an authorized/standard charger to charge your OLLOSMILE product.
- the OLLOSMILE product being repaired, modified, or subjected to any work that is not performed by the OLLOSMILE Support Team;
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@ollosmile.com.
PREMIUM EXTENDED WARRANTY
If you opt for the Premium Extended Warranty, the warranty period will be extended by 12 months to two years, and more importantly, it is an unconditional replacement, and we will replace your product with a new one unconditionally in case of any problem. Just sent us an email at info@ollosmile.com to initiate any warranty claim.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
